PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. Producer is duly experienced, credentialed, and licensed (in good standing) to sell insurance as an agent, agency, or broker under the laws, rules, and regulations of each state in which the Parties shall transact business pursuant to this Agreement. If requested, Producer will furnish proof of licensing and other insurance business documentation to Xxxxxxx. Further, Producer represents and warrants that it currently maintains and shall continuously maintain: (i) all necessary individual, corporate, or agency licenses; and (ii) all necessary insurance agent, broker, or producer permits or other licenses that are required for Producer to transact insurance business in the jurisdiction(s) and state(s) where Producer sells insurance. Producer shall act solely as an agent or broker for Applicants seeking to place various insurance risks through entities identified by Xxxxxxx. No binding authority is or shall be granted or delegated to Producer by this Agreement and Producer shall have no authority to bind any insurer or otherwise act as an agent for Xxxxxxx.
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to appoint Producer as agent for MSGA in any respect, and Producer shall have no authority to, and agrees that it will not, make representations on behalf of MSGA or obligate MSGA to any Insured, to insurers represented by MSGA or to any other third parties. Producer shall not waive, alter, modify or change any of the terms, rates or conditions of any policy of insurance issued by or on behalf of MSGA. Producer has no authority to accept or bind risks on behalf of MSGA or any insurer represented by MSGA. Producer shall not place any advertisement respecting MSGA or any of its products in any publication, on any web page, nor issue or distribute any circular, paper or letter referring to MSGA or any of its products without the prior written consent of MSGA. The Producer shall have no authority to (i) submit applications for coverage from any third party agents, sub- agents or sub-producers without the prior written consent of MSGA or (ii) provide access to coverage to any third-party agent, sub-agent or sub-producer.
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. Producer is authorized to promote and sell the insurance plans offered by RICL. The producer is not authorized to make, alter, waive or void any of the rates, terms or conditions on any insurance plans, forms, policies, contracts and/or advertising materials, to quote rates not published or approved by the Company or by Blackpoint on it’s behalf, to extend the time of payment of any premium, to extend credit to customers, and/or to adjust or settle claims. Producer’s authority is expressly limited by this agreement. Producer is not authorized to deduct compensation, commission, service fees and/or any allowances from payment of premiums collected from clients; if any. Producer will instruct buyers and/or clients as well as named and proposed insured’s to make premium payments directly to the Company; and issue all payments in the form of a check in U.S. dollars payable to Redbridge Insurance Company, Ltd. Producer understands it is not authorized to open a bank account, to redeem check(s) in our behalf, issued to RICL and/or to any other name under which the company or its affiliates operate. Producer is not authorized to incur any expense and/or liability or debt for which Blackpoint and/or RICL would be responsible. The producer is not authorized to engage in any conduct that would infringe or violate any applicable law or regulation.
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. A. Producer is an independent contractor who will exercise its own judgment in the conduct of its business. Producer is not an employee of Bristol and is free to represent such other companies as Producer shall consider appropriate. Producer has exclusive control of its time and of the conduct of its business and is responsible for all expenses incurred in the operation of its business. Producer agrees to be bound by all underwriting guidelines, rate guides, rules, regulations, commission schedules, procedures and other written policies or instructions provided to Producer by Bristol (“Bristol’s Underwriting Guidelines”).
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. A. Subject to any requirements imposed upon the Producer and the Company by any governmental entity, the terms of this Agreement, and the underwriting rules and regulations of the Company, the Producer is authorized to:
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. Producer is authorized on behalf of Company during the term of this Agreement and any amendment(s) thereto, to market, sell and service those insurance policies and products of Company as defined in this Agreement as “Senior Products”. “Senior Products” are limited to Company’s Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D and Companion Plan products. Producer is required to complete the required certification courses for the sale of these Senior Products prior to selling any of them. Annually thereafter, Producer agrees to complete any and all certification and/or educational requirements of Anthem and/or the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the sale of the Senior Products. Any sale negotiated by Producer shall be binding on Company only when accepted in writing by Company. Producer may collect premiums on products sold only as authorized in this Agreement. Producer has no other authority except as stated in this Agreement. No other authority is implied from the authority expressly granted herein. The authority of Producer under this Agreement shall not extend to or affect the general practices and policies of Company. Producer is specifically without authority to do or perform, and expressly agrees not to perform the following on behalf of the Company:

PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. The Company hereby authorizes Producer to offer and sell Service Warranty Agreements to Producer's customers in the State of Florida. The Producer's authority shall be expressly limited to those Service Warranty Agreement plans and coverages identified in Schedule A attached to this Agreement, as may be revised from time to time upon the written authorization of the Company (the "Product Schedule"). All Service Warranty Agreements shall be sold only on the forms prescribed by the Company and in accordance with and subject to the rules, coverages, guidelines, retail rates, and costs authorized by the Company and furnished to Producer in writing (collectively, the "Product Guidelines"). Producer shall not have any authority to alter, modify, waive, or discharge any terms of the Product Guidelines without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may revise the Product Guidelines at any time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Producer, and Producer shall conform to such revisions. The Company, its partners and affiliates, shall not have any liability for, and Producer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its partners and affiliates, with respect to, any Service Warranty Agreements sold in violation of the terms of the Product Guidelines or this Agreement.
PRODUCER’S AUTHORITY. The Producer shall submit risks to the Program for its consideration as authorized by RMGA, via Cloud based desktop application or by Email addressed to the Underwriting department. These risks shall be located in states in which the Producer is duly licensed and authorized to operate. The term

Producer will direct purchasers of the RIC Plans to pay the premium directly to RIC and all checks must be made payable to Redbridge Insurance Company Ltd. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Producer understands that he/she is not authorized to open any bank account and/or redeem any check(s) issued to RIC or to any other name under which the company operates. Producer is not authorized to incur any expense or generate any liability or debt for which Blackpoint or RIC would be responsible. Producer is not authorized to engage in any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation.
