SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
Cancellation Policy Day tour cancellations are accepted by phone, mail, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The following cancellation penalties apply: Cancellation Penalty* 30 days or more before departure $10 processing fee + non-refundable show ticket cost (if applicable) 29 to 14 days before departure $40 + non-refundable show ticket cost (if applicable) 13 to 1 day before departure or “no shows” 100% of tour price (no refund) *Exceptions: In the event a travel provides his or her own replacement or a replacement traveler can be found, travelers will only be charged a $10.00 processing fee Cancellations for emergency medical reasons (accompanied by a doctor’s note) will be reviewed and exceptions are possible on a case-by-case basis. Bus America will always work with our vendors and passengers to maximize refunds in the case of unexpected medical emergencies. Responsibilities: Bus America reserves the right to make changes to a tour date or a tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Bus America, an operational division of Group Tours, Inc., acts as an agent in making and securing arrangements for group transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities. Bus America does not own, manage, control, or operate any vehicle, hotel, restaurant, or any other supplier of services. By accepting the program, you agree that neither Bus America nor any of their representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings or in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond their control.
Order Execution Policy means the Brooks Macdonald policy explaining the steps taken to provide best execution in accordance with the FCA Rules.
Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:
Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at the Company’s Website regarding best execution when executing client orders;
Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.
Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).
D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).
Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Policies means insurance policies and insurance Contracts of any kind (other than life and benefits policies or Contracts), including primary, excess and umbrella policies, comprehensive general liability policies, director and officer liability, fiduciary liability, automobile, aircraft, property and casualty, business interruption, workers’ compensation and employee dishonesty insurance policies, bonds and self-insurance and captive insurance company arrangements, together with the rights, benefits and privileges thereunder.
Collection Policy means the collection policies of the Seller/Servicer, which are the practices and procedures employed in the servicing of Receivables as of the Closing Date, as described in Exhibit E hereto.
Errors and Omissions Policy As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.
Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Prewritten program means a computer program that is prepared, held or existing for general or
City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);
Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).
Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);
Privacy Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.22(b).
Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Selling Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicing Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
R&W Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.
Xxxxxx Mae Guide The Xxxxxx Xxx Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
Fxxxxx Mae Guides The Fxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Fxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto in effect on and after the related Closing Date.
Best Practices means a term that is often used inter-changeably with “evidence- based practice” and is best defined as an “umbrella” term for three levels of practice, measured in relation to Recovery-consistent mental health practices where the Recovery process is supported with scientific intervention that best meets the needs of the Client at this time.
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
