Products Sold. Ingram will sell to PeoplePC the computer product systems and products in the quantity and type specified on the purchase orders issued from PeoplePC to Ingram and dated as of May 15, 2000, copies of which are attached to this XXX as Attachment "A" (collectively, the "Purchase Orders"). The computer product systems and related products in the type and quantity specified on the PO are collectively referred to herein as the "Products." A "Product Unit" as used herein, means any of the following: a central processing unit, a monitor, a printer or an accessory box. Except to the extent permitted pursuant to Paragraph 2 below, the Purchase Orders are noncancellable; no act or failure to act by Ford, Delta or any other party shall relieve PeoplePC of its obligation to buy the Products from Xxxxxx.
Products Sold. All rights of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries in and to products sold (including products returned after the Closing and rights of rescission, replevin, and reclamation) in the operation or conduct of the Business.

The forest products conveyed to Purchaser are described as follows: all unpainted timber in clearcut areas (except Incense Cedar and Ponderosa Pine) and all designated timber in commercial thin areas, as posted and marked with the timber sale boundary signs as shown in Exhibit "A". Leave all Incense Cedar and Ponderosa Pine standing, unless marked.
Products Sold. You understand that Range Market does not endorse, manufacture, store, or inspect any of the products sold through our Services. We provide the website services allowing purchases from third-parties which contract access to the Site from us. The products shown on our Site are listed, produced, processed, described, packaged, shipped, and sold directly by independent sellers which do not have any legal relationship to Range Market except the granting of a license to use the Site and Services to sell their products. Therefore, Range Market cannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, or even their legality. Any legal claim related to an product you purchase must be purchased directly from the seller. You hereby agree to release Range Market from any and all claims related to products purchased or sold through our Services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, or items that caused physical maladies, sicknesses, conditions or injuries of any kind.
Products Sold. After the Launch Date, within [ * ] after the end of each Calendar Quarter, the Company shall deliver to each of Lilly and ICOS a report indicating the quantity of Product sold and the value of these sales.

Products Sold. By executing the Purchase Order Confirmation, the Customer acknowledges and Agrees that Starlight Engineering is required only to supply the Products described therein, and such Purchase Order Confirmation can not be amended. Should the Customer, prior to supply of the Product by Starlight Engineering wish to amend or change its order, the Customer agree to execute and deliver a fresh Purchase Order Confirmation.
Products Sold. Ingram will sell to PeoplePC the computer systems and products in the quantity and type specified in purchase orders issued from time to time by PeoplePC to Ingram, each in the form attached hereto as Attachment A (each, a "Purchase Order"); subject, however, to any and all production and delivery constraints of Xxxxxx'x suppliers. Such computer systems and related products will be referred to herein as the "Products." Except as set forth in the next sentence, (i) each Purchase Order, once issued, will be irrevocable and noncancellable, and (ii) no act or failure to act by Ford, Delta, any other PeoplePC customer or Hewlett-Packard Company ("HP") shall relieve PeoplePC of its obligation to buy the Products referred to in a Purchase Order. PeoplePC may revoke or cancel a Purchase Order (or the relevant portion thereof), and action or inaction by HP may relieve PeoplePC of its obligation to buy one or more of the Products covered by a Purchase Order, only if and to the extent that (i) HP supplies materially non-conforming or defective Product(s) to Ingram pursuant to the corresponding purchase order issued by Ingram to HP, (ii) Ingram becomes aware of such non-conformity or defect in the Product(s), and (iii) by virtue of such non-conformity or defect, Ingram under its agreements with HP has a valid defense to payment of HP for such non-conforming or defective Product(s).
