Private Utilities. The private utility shall provide design and plans in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the XXXX and section 2.070 below.

Private Utilities. The Owners are solely responsible for the coordination of the installation of all Private Utilities, including, but not limited to, cable television, telecommunications, and gas. The Owners are also responsible for all costs of installation, design and fees, and they agree to indemnify the City from any and all costs, penalties, claims or actions resulting from the design or installation of any Private Utilities.
Private Utilities. 10.1 A participating Member may request assistance for a Private Utility or provide assistance from a Private Utility to a requesting Member pursuant to this Agreement under the following conditions: the Member must have a valid contract with the Private Utility that is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Member will agree to assure substantial compliance by the Private Utility with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Member may make substantial compliance a term of their contract with the Private Utility.
Private Utilities. The Developer agrees to provide and maintain private utilities, not limited to water, sewer, and storm sewer, starting at the property line and through the Property as shown on the Site Plan. All utilities will be installed by the Developer as shown on the plans to be approved by the Village Engineer. Per Village Ordinance the sanitary sewer main is privately owned at the point of connection with the existing public sewer main along Port Washington Road. Per Village Ordinance the water main is privately owned from the curb stop at the property line.
Private Utilities a. Private Storm Sewer and Detention Pond: The private storm drainage system shall be constructed and maintained by the Developer in perpetuity to sustain the system and detention pond storage volume in accordance with the PUD Development Plan.
Private Utilities. 3. Be responsible to obtain from Parkland County permits for street closures and traffic detours, and provision of traffic signs and flagmen as required. The Contractor shall provide at his expense, construction signs which conform with the requirements of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

No system of water or sewer service other than individual xxxxx and sewage disposal systems assetforthmay beused unlessapproved inwritingbythe Board or theARCand unlessthesewage disposal system is designed in accordance with the requirements, standards and recommendations of the Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department. Approval of such system as installed shall be obtained from the Board or ARC and/or such governmental authority, or its successors.
