Village Engineer definition

Village Engineer means the person so designated by the Village Manager as the Village Engineer.

Village Engineer means the engineer for the Village.

Village Engineer means the person designated by the Village Council to fulfill the duties assigned to the Village Engineer by this Bylaw, and includes an officer or employee of the Village acting under the direction of the Village Engineer;
