CITY MANAGEMENT. The City management retains all traditional rights and responsibilities for the operation of the City.
CITY MANAGEMENT. City’s shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant. City’s City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change Consultant’s compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
CITY MANAGEMENT. Responsibility for management of the City and direction of its work force is vested in City officials and the City Manager whose powers and duties are specified by law. In order to fulfill this responsibility, it is the exclusive right of City management to determine the mission of its constituent departments. Such rights and responsibilities shall be applied consistent with the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

City Engineer shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant. City's City Manager shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change Consultant's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.

CITY MANAGEMENT. The City has and will retain the sole right to represent and manage the City and to direct the working forces, including, but not limited to, the right to determine the City's mission, policies, and to set forth all standards of service offered to the public; the right to plan, direct, control, and determine the operations and services to be conducted by employees of the City; the right to determine the methods, means, and number of personnel needed to carry out the City's mission; the right to hire, to promote and demote, to discipline, to reclassify and/or discharge any personnel in its employ for good and just reason in the interest of the City, provided it does not conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or is to be construed in any way, to interfere with the recognized prerogative of the City to manage and control the business.

City’s Director of Finance, or a designee, shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks To Be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant. City’s City Manager shall be authorized to act on City’s behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Services or change Consultant’s compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.

The City Administrative Services Director shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT. City's City Administrator shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change CONSULTANT's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
