Light and Power. Provide without additional cost to the ClTY temporary lighting and power facilities required for the proper construction and inspection of the Work. If, in the ENGINEER'S opinion, these facilities are inadequate, do NOT proceed with any portion of the Work affected thereby. Maintain temporary lighting and power until the Work is accepted.
