Light and Power Clause Samples

The 'Light and Power' clause defines the responsibilities for providing electricity and lighting within a leased property. Typically, it specifies whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for arranging and paying for utilities such as electricity, and may outline requirements for maintaining lighting fixtures or ensuring adequate power supply. This clause ensures clarity regarding utility obligations, preventing disputes over who bears the cost and responsibility for essential services during the lease term.
