Phasing Plan. Within the Major Phase, any anticipated phasing of construction or temporary Improvements, including temporary or interim parking facilities, construction staging areas, and interim infrastructure, if any, shall be indicated. If there are any changes from the Phasing Plan, the submittal should include a description of and explanation for the proposed changes.
Phasing Plan. A proposed phasing plan for the completion of infrastructure within Division II Phase I as described in the preceding paragraphs is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Phasing Plan a. Phase 1 will serve lots along Rivers Edge Drive SE and a portion of Rivers Edge Loop SE. The improvements necessary prior to issuance of building permits for this phase shall include:
Phasing Plan. The Design-Builder shall develop a plan for the phasing of the construction work and measures to mitigate the impact that the Project will have upon the learning environment (the “Phasing Plan”) to allow the XxxXxxxxxx Swing Area to be occupied during the 2017/2018 school year, the. At a minimum, the Phasing Plan shall outline (i) the manner in which the work required for the Project will be phased in light of the partially occupied facility with site plans, diagrams and timelines; (ii) the measures that will be put in place to ensure safety (e.g., temporary construction, safety barricades); and (iii) the measures that will be put in place to limit impact to the learning environment (i.e. to limit noise, dust, etc., and working hours related to noisy work). The phasing plan must allow for access to the elevator throughout the Project.
Phasing Plan. The Phasing Plan for the Project is as follows and illustrated on Illustrative Exhibit D. To the extent there is a conflict or inconsistency between this section 3.3.3 and Illustrative Exhibit D, this section 3.3.3 shall prevail:
Phasing Plan. At the time of the first Development Application for either Residential Dwelling Units or a Commercial Project the Master Developer shall submit to the Town a proposed Phasing Plan. The Town Council and Master Developer shall work in good faith to adopt the Phasing Plan by a Resolution of the Town Council. Any dispute regarding the Phasing Plan shall be subject to the mediation provisions of sub-section 6.4.
Phasing Plan. The Brown Ranch phasing plan is shown in the attached Exhibit B. Unit composition and density may be shifted between phases during the development approval process. YVHA may, in response to market conditions, funding, development capacity, and site conditions, seek to amend the Regulating Plan consistent with the applicable City Ordinances.
