Disposal System. All of those facilities, improvements and equipment at the Landfill site and all transfer stations within County designed to collect, manage and dispose of Solid Waste and the land, structures, vehicles and equipment for use in connection therewith.

Disposal System. All facilities and/or locations owned or leased by the 95 Authority, or with respect to which the Authority otherwise maintains a contractual/commercial 96 relationship, for the collection, management, processing and/or disposal of Solid Waste, 97 including, but not necessarily limited to, the Regional Landfill, all Delivery Points, the 98 Applicable Disposal Mechanism(s) and all vehicles owned or leased by the Authority.
