Payroll Changes. If changes occur to the State of Minnesota payroll system that place one or more of the provisions below outside of its operational ability, the parties will meet and negotiate on any changes necessary to bring this Article within the operational ability of the State of Minnesota payroll system and to meet the information needs of MSCF.

Where it is necessary to alter time cards or trip sheets resulting in a reduction of payment of wages, the supervisor must notify the affected employee at the time of change unless it would result in delaying the processing of payroll.
