Any adjustment will conform to the requirements of Section 2.3.4, Contract Changes.
The percentages for overhead and profit charged on Contract Changes shall be negotiated, and may vary according to the nature, extent, and complexity of the work involved.
Contract Changes: Any changes to the Contract, including but not limited to additions and/or deletions, which are not insignificant to the scope, design and requirements of the Contract shall be subject to prior approval of the PPRTA.
In no case shall the total overhead and profit paid by the Owner on any Contract Changes exceed twenty percent (20%) of the cost of materials, labor and equipment (exclusive of Contractor or any Subcontractor overhead and profit) necessary to put the contract change work in place.
Contract Changes: Waivers, Changes or Modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
