Fee Changes Sample Clauses

Fee Changes. On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.
Fee Changes. The fees, out-of pocket expenses and advances identified in subsections (a) and (b) above may only be changed subject to prior written approval by the Trust. For reports, analyses and services requested in writing by the Trust and provided by GFS, not in the ordinary course, GFS shall charge $150/hour for senior staff time, $75/hour for junior staff time and $200/hour for computer personnel time.
Fee Changes a. The Fees for Services are based upon assumptions about the Merchant’s business, anticipated annual volume and average transaction size. These assumptions are based on information provided by the Merchant in the Application. If the actual volume or average transaction size are not as expected, or if you significantly alter your method of doing business, Servicers may adjust your Merchant Discount Rate and upon 90 days advance notice.
Fee Changes. Grass Valley may unilaterally increase either the Platform Access Fee, any Subscription Fee, the Consumption Fees, the Token Price and/or the Token Rates not more than one time per twelve (12) month period upon ninety (90) days prior notice to Customer. Grass Valley reserves the right, at any time, to decrease fees and/or to introduce new Applications with their own fee schedule. The Subscription Fees, Consumption Fees, Token Price and Token Rate for third party applications that may be available on the Platform are priced independently. For the purposes of this Section and notwithstanding Section 12.1, notice of any such Fee changes shall be effectively given to the Customer when such Fee changes are made available to the Customer by Grass Valley in the Platform, on its website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or elsewhere. Customer shall be bound by, and deemed to have approved such changes unless Customer provides Grass Valley with written notice of non-renewal prior to the expiry of such ninety (90) day notice period.
Fee Changes. All fees may be changed with thirty (30) days advance email notice to Customer. Customer is responsible for keeping its updated email address on file with Kareo.
Fee Changes. Except as provided in the Rider, which allows the Ceding Company to increase the Rider Fee when Step-Up is elected by the contract owner, the Ceding Company shall not increase the fees or change the fee structure for Contract Forms associated with Business Reinsured under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Reinsurer. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, increases in Fund expenses, including, but not limited to management fees, operating fees and 12b-1 fees, shall not require the consent of the Reinsurer.
Fee Changes. In its sole discretion, ChannelAdvisor reserves the right to raise or modify its Fees, or change its Fee terms in any manner in any SOW, to be effective at the start of a Renewal Term so long as notice is provided to Customer at least sixty (60) days in advance of the expiration of the then-current Term. If Customer does not wish to renew the Agreement under the new Fee terms, Customer may terminate at the end of the then-current Term in accordance with Section 6.1 of the MSA. Email communication is sufficient notice for the Fee changes stated in this Section.
