Flexible Benefit Plan. The Board shall provide the following flexible benefit plan to employees who are paid more than twenty (20) hours per week, if employed prior to July 1, 2012. All employee benefits plans provided by the Board under this article shall have plan years based on the calendar year. Effective July 1, 2012, the Board shall provide the following flexible benefit plan to employees who hold the position of Food Service Manager. No Coverage - Employees who produce proof of other medical insurance coverage may elect no coverage. Those electing no coverage as of June 30, 2001, will receive a cash "buy-out" equal to 40% of the annual premium for the “Point-of-Service Plan Individual Coverage” up to $1,200.44 per year. Any employee receiving a cash “buy-out” who elects coverage on or after July 1, 2001 will no longer receive a cash “buy-out” at a later date. DENTAL Traditional - See Traditional Dental Chart below. No Coverage - Employees may elect no coverage. Flexible Benefit Plan. The City will provide for a system of deduction from pre-tax wages, of an employee’s share of insurance premiums, eligible dependent care and medical expenses in accordance with the City's Flexible Benefit Plan, Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan and Health Care Reimbursement Plan all as presently adopted and amended from time to time by the City.
Flexible Benefit Plan. IAC will continue to maintain on behalf of TM Employees, Interval Employees, HSN Employees and Tree Employees the health care reimbursement program, the transit and parking reimbursement program and the dependent care reimbursement program of the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan (all of such accounts, “IAC Flexible Benefit Plan”) for claims incurred with respect to 2008 elections under the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan (all such claims must be submitted no later than April 15, 2009) on the same basis as immediately prior to the Distribution Date and in accordance with the terms of the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan. Following the Distribution Date, each SpinCo shall pay to IAC the amounts claimed by such SpinCo’s SpinCo Employees under the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan in addition to such SpinCo’s share of the administrative cost of the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan (based on IAC historical allocations), such amounts to be paid by each SpinCo on a one-month lagging basis (i.e., claims made and administrative costs incurred during a particular month shall be billed in the immediately succeeding month); provided, that each SpinCo shall remit payment to IAC no later than the fifth business day following delivery by IAC of an invoice to such SpinCo. SpinCo Employees shall not participate in the IAC Flexible Benefit Plan with respect to any plan year after the 2008 plan year.
Flexible Benefit Plan. A. The Board shall maintain a cafeteria plan and flexible spending account which meets the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. If, at any time, such Regulations are amended, the parties shall promptly revise the plan to comply with the amendment.
Flexible Benefit Plan. The Employer will maintain a Flexible Benefits Plan to provide Employee Health Coverage Premium Payment, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account as elected by participating employees. Employees who have selected to participate in a plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) are not eligible to participate in Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
