Service Changes definition

Service Changes has the meaning as set forth in Attachment F. It is also referred to as "Change".

  • If Service Changes are necessitated by changes in applicable Law with respect to the Client, Citi reserves the right to increase its fees consistent with the Service Change plan agreed by the Parties as contemplated by the Change Control Process or, in the absence of such a Service Change plan, in a fair and equitable manner taking into account the number of other Service Provider clients affected by such change.

Related to Service Changes
