Business Changes definition

Business Changes has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.C.
Business Changes means changes to the business of a group institution which would be made with the object of addressing an impediment;
Business Changes means changes that Defendants will adopt or will continue to implement that address allegations in the Complaint and the Court’s February 22, 2023 Motion to Dismiss Order listed in ¶I.A infra.

More Definitions of Business Changes

Business Changes has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(a).
Business Changes means an increase or decrease in the number of Registered Businesses, Engineers or Notifications of Work by comparison to the numbers in the Provider’s Financial Model submitted at final tender stage and incorporated into this Agreement.

Related to Business Changes
