Passenger Conduct. The Company is not responsible for the behavior, actions or inactions of passengers, whether or not they are users of the Application. Any contract for the provision of taxi and for-hire ground transportation services is between you and the user of such services, and not the Company or any of its affiliates. You acknowledge hereby that the Company simply provides platform to introduce drivers and passengers and may facilitate payments in certain circumstances.
Passenger Conduct. During the Cruise, Xxxxxxxxx shall abide by and conduct him/herself in accordance with all rules, regulations, and directions of FIRST CLASS CRUISES or ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP (the "Rules"), including the Rules outlined in these Terms & Conditions and the Rules of which Passenger is made aware during the Cruise. The Rules include but are not limited to the following. During a performance, presentation, question and answer session, or other events, Passenger shall not (i) attempt to move onto a stage on which an artist is performing, (ii) climb onto poles or other structures near the stage, (iii) throw anything onto or towards the stage, or (iv) do anything that may interfere with performance or with the audience's enjoyment of the performance. Passenger acknowledges that there may be security personnel present at performances to enforce the Rules and to protect the performers and the enjoyment of the performances by the audience. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to comply with the requests of security personnel immediately. In the event of a violation of the Rules or these Terms & Conditions by Passenger during a performance, Passenger acknowledges that security personnel will act quickly to protect the Players, Alumni, Entertainers and other passengers, and to prevent Passenger from disrupting the Player or Alumni events and activities, or creating safety issues for others, and Passenger hereby releases FIRST CLASS CRUISES, the Philadelphia Eagles or ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP from any injuries, claims, material or financial losses, or additional costs suffered by Passenger as a result of the actions of security or other personnel (including physical acts) in the event of Passenger's violation of these Rules or Terms & Conditions. Passenger shall not put any person in danger for their safety or well-being or engage in a fight or other altercation with any person on board the Cruise. In the event of a disruption of a Player, Alumni or Entertainer performance by Xxxxxxxxx in violation of the Rules, or a fight in which Passenger is a participant, FIRST CLASS CRUISES or ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP shall have the right, in its discretion, to remove Passenger from the event, activity or performance, to bar Passenger from future events, activities or performances during the Cruise, to remove Passenger from the Cruise at any port (at Passenger's sole expense and with no recourse for any form of a refund on unused cruise purchases), or to ban Passenger from attending any future FIRST CLASS CR...
Passenger Conduct. The Client and/or all passengers shall act in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times prior to departure and during flight. The Client and/or passengers shall comply with the directives and instructions of the flight Crew. The Client shall be liable to the Company for any damage caused by any passengers to the aircraft or otherwise
Passenger Conduct. Subject always to the Operator’s conditions of carriage, in the event that a passenger’s conduct, behavior or health is deemed by the captain of the Aircraft to cause, or be likely to cause, discomfort or nuisance to other passengers or jeopardize the safety of the passengers and/or the Aircraft, then the captain of the Aircraft shall be entitled to take any action deemed necessary to procure the safety of the passengers and Aircraft including, but not limited to diverting or returning to the airport of departure and/or removing the passenger(s) in question.   • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • EXHIBITOR CONDUCT Rod Shows reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any Vendor/Exhibitor, their employees or guests, performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Rod Shows is objectionable or detracts from the dignity and integrity of the event. No vulgar language or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated on the event site. Vendors/Exhibitors removed will not be eligible for a refund of their space costs. EXHIBITOR STAFFING Your booth must be staffed at all times during show hours. Rod Shows does not supply labor or materials for exhibitor. Rod Shows does not allow exhibitor personnel to work in inappropriate or suggestive attire as deemed so by them. Swimwear, thongs, mini shorts, or bikinis are not allowed. Celebrity and poster girl signings in Vendor booths must be pre-approved by Xxx Xxxxx. No vulgar products and/or services shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated (this includes undergarments). Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for any and all damage to property caused by their staff, personnel, or any of their representatives while on the event grounds. DEMONSTRATION AREA All demonstration areas must be within the exhibit space not to interfere with any normal pedestrian traffic in the isles or in the neighboring space. The distribution of literature or promotional items is limited to the Exhibit booth area assigned to Vendor. HOSPITALITY Vendors/Exhibitors are not permitted to Host or Sponsor any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. RESTRICTED ITEMS No Scooters, Hoverboards, Segways, Golf Carts, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or Animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or Service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. SOUND DEVICES No Sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum for demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made is not allowed. EXHIBITOR STORAGE AND FREIGHT Rod Shows assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to exhibitor must be received and signed for by the exhibitor. The event decorator can arrange to store, deliver, and ship your freight for a fee. All costs of these services are the responsibility of the Vendor/Exhibitor payable to the decorator. CLEANING Exhibitors must keep booth space clean and presentable to the public. Trash may be swept into aisles after show closing for removal by facility maintenance personnel.

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020. Since its inception, Merger Sub has not engaged in any activity, other than such actions in connection with (a) its organization and (b) the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transactions.
