Quality Assurance Program definition

Quality Assurance Program means a program to assure the quality of the practice of the profession and to promote continuing evaluation, competence and improvement among the members; (“programme d’assurance de la qualité”)
Quality Assurance Program means an organized entity designed to provide ‘‘quality assurance’’ for a diagnostic radiology facility. The nature and ex- tent of this program will vary with the size and type of the facility, the type of examinations conducted, and other fac- tors.
