Certificate of Authentication definition

Certificate of Authentication. The meaning specified in Section 2.1.

Certificate of Authentication means the certificate of authentication of the Indenture Trustee, the form of which is described in Section 2.03, or the alternate certificate of authentication of the Authenticating Agent, the form of which is described in Section 7.14.

• Unless the Certificate of Authentication on this Certificate has been executed by the Certificate Administrator or on its behalf by the Authenticating Agent, by manual signature, this Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Trust and Servicing Agreement or be valid for any purpose.

• This Debenture shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Indenture hereinafter referred to, be valid or become obligatory for any purpose until the Certificate of Authentication hereon shall have been signed by or on behalf of the Trustee.
