Office and Services. In connection with the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive shall be based at the Designated Office, except for required travel on the Company's business. The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, stenographic assistance, and such other facilities and services as shall be suitable to the Executive's position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
Office and Services. For a one-year period after the Effective Time, the Company shall furnish Executive with office space, secretarial assistance and such other reasonable facilities and services commensurate with Executive's status as former Chief Executive Officer of CNB.

IMH shall provide the Consultant with private office space at the Scottsdale Office, as well as internet access, a computer, a telephone, facsimile services, cell phone service, access to an executive assistant, a garage parking space, an access pass to the Scottsdale Office building and facilities, and photocopy services in order to accommodate the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services.

IMH and Infinet, respectively, shall provide the Consultant with private office space at the Headquarters Office, as well as internet access, a MacBook Pro computer (as reasonably selected by the Consultant), a telephone, facsimile services, cell phone service, an executive assistant (or assistants as the circumstances may reasonably require in view of the nature and type of Consulting Services rendered to IMH and Infinet from time to time) exclusively dedicated to the Consultant, a garage parking space, an access pass to the Scottsdale Office building and facilities, and photocopy services in order to accommodate the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services. The allocation of costs between IMH and Infinet shall be consistent with the Sharing Ratio.

The Company shall provide the Consultant with a single private office space at the Headquarters Office, as well as internet access, telephone, facsimile, cell phone service, a single executive assistant, and photocopy services in order to accommodate the Consultant’s performance of the Consulting Services.

IMHFC shall not be required to provide the Consultant with office space, internet access, telephone service, fax service, cell phone service, administrative assistants, parking spaces, or photocopy services, all of which shall be acquired and maintained by the Consultant at the Consultant’s sole cost and expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant shall be entitled to reimbursement by IMHFC for reasonable postage (including overnight services), mailing, handling, reproduction and photocopy expenses incurred in connection with the Consulting Services in accordance with Section 5.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IMHFC will use commercially reasonable efforts to make available one of IMHFC’s existing conference rooms during normal business hours for the Consultant to work in or to conduct meetings in during the Term of this Agreement.
