Access Pass definition

Access Pass means one of the following passes issued by the Corporation:
Access Pass means a card provided to vacant land owners which allows access to all on site diversion programs. Vacant land owners must pay to dispose of waste.
Access Pass means a pass issued by the Hirer with the approval of the Manager to enable persons to access the non-public areas of the Venue during the Event.

Examples of Access Pass in a sentence

  • In the absence of any such written notification, the relevant Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) or parking pass will be deemed to be undamaged at delivery or collection.

  • MATCH Hospitality and MATCH Hospitality Sales Agents shall not be responsible or liable in any way to a Customer or any third party for any lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, forgotten or mutilated Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) or parking passes or other Hospitality Package component once received or collected by the Customer.

  • Any Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) or parking pass which has become damaged in any way after delivery to, or collection by, the Customer and is, as a consequence, unreadable, may not be accepted for admission to, or use at, a Stadium and/or Hospitality Facility.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to immediately notify MATCH Hospitality or a MATCH Hospitality Sales Agent, in writing, in the event that any Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) or parking pass is delivered or collected in a damaged condition.

  • The Customer and each of its Guests acknowledge that the Hospitality Access Pass shall be made available at the Stadium on the Match day.

  • All of the terms and conditions reflected in the Ticket Terms of Use and these Sales Regulations with respect to the Stadium to which a Ticket Holder gains access through the use of a Ticket shall also apply to the Hospitality Facilities, in so far as is relevant, to which the Customer gains access through the use of a Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) on Match days.

  • In the absence of any such notification, the relevant Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass or parking pass (if applicable) will be deemed to be undamaged at delivery or collection.

  • The Customer shall ensure that none of its Guests resell, exchange or otherwise transfer, whether in whole or in part and whether for value or otherwise, any Hospitality Package, Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass, parking pass (if applicable) or other benefit or service provided in connection with a Hospitality Package, and that all Guests are informed in writing of this prohibition.

  • Save in respect of last minute sales or as MATCH Hospitality may determine (acting reasonably), if the Customer has not received the Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass (if applicable) and all other applicable Hospitality Package components at least three (3) weeks prior to the first Match of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, the Customer will immediately notify MATCH Hospitality (or the MATCH Hospitality Sales Agent) in writing.

  • Any paper Ticket, Hospitality Access Pass or parking pass (if applicable) which has become damaged in any way after delivery to, or collection by, the Customer and is, as a consequence, unreadable, may not be accepted for admission to, or use at, the Venue and/or Hospitality Facility.

Related to Access Pass

  • Access Point means a smaller area within a Procurement Area to which the same obligations under this Specification as apply to Procurement Areas will be attached unless otherwise stated in this Contract;

  • Access Provider in this RAO means the Access Provider stated in the cover of this RAO who owns or provides the Access Service listed in the Access List and who is a Licensee as defined in the Act.

  • Access line means and be limited to retail billed and collected residential lines; business lines; ISDN lines; PBX trunks and simulated exchange access lines provided by a central office based switching arrangement where all stations served by such simulated exchange access lines are used by a single customer of the provider of such arrangement. Access line may not be construed to include interoffice transport or other transmission media that do not terminate at an end user customer's premises, or to permit duplicate or multiple assessment of access line rates on the provision of a single service or on the multiple communications paths derived from a billed and collected access line. Access line shall not include the following: Wireless telecommunications services, the sale or lease of unbundled loop facilities, special access services, lines providing only data services without voice services processed by a telecommunications local exchange service provider or private line service arrangements.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Access Road means a road that leads from a Provincial Trunk Highway, Provincial Road, or a municipal road;

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Entrance or access point means any opening through which an individual or extremity of an individual could gain access to radiation areas or to licensed or registered radioactive materials. This includes entry or exit portals of sufficient size to permit human entry, irrespective of their intended use.

  • Access Seeker means an Operator who:

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Access Credentials means any username, identification number, password, license or security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, alone or in combination, to verify an individual’s identity and authorization to access and use Hosted Services.

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Access control means a system for allowing only approved individuals to have unescorted access to the security zone and for ensuring that all other individuals are subject to escorted access.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Loose-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that is designed to form a partial seal with the face.

  • Access Terminal means any device used to access any of the Depositor’s Accounts, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a portable hand-held device, or a telephone including any form of mobile telephone.

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.
