Executive Assistant. During the Employment Period, the Company shall either pay directly or reimburse Executive or TRget Media LLC for the reasonable costs of providing Executive administrative support through the services of his current executive assistant as of the Restatement Effective Date, including without limitation reimbursement for coach class airfare for such executive assistant for travel between New York, New York and Alviso, California, as well as the reasonable cost of hotel accommodations incurred by such executive assistant during such trip or as needed in New York, New York, at such hotels as may be mutually agreed upon be the Company and Executive. The parties agree that the current compensation and benefits costs of Executive’s executive assistant are reasonable.

Executive Assistant. The SR is a resource person and advisor for the Local Executive and assists it in the carrying out of its duties. The SR shall conduct a training and long-term planning meeting of the Executive subsequent to each Annual General Meeting unless otherwise directed. The SR will, unless otherwise advised, attend all Executive meetings and shall report verbally to the meeting, as deemed appropriate by the Executive. When requested, the SR shall attend membership and departmental membership meetings, local committee meetings and conventions, conferences, and other meetings as directed.
Executive Assistant. Job duties to include but not limited to: • Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. • Conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. • Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. • Representing the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking on behalf of the executive. • Welcoming guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. • Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential. • Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results. • Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information. • Securing information by completing data base backups. • Providing historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions. • Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Skills include but are not limited to: Writing Skills; Reporting Skills; Supply Management; Scheduling; Microsoft Office Skills; Organization; Time Management; Presentation Skills; Equipment Maintenance; Travel Logistics; Verbal Communication File Clerk Job duties include but are not limited to: • Adding new material to file records, and creating new record as necessary. • Answering questions about records and files. • Assigning and recording identification numbers or codes in order to index materials for filing. • Eliminating outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage...
Executive Assistant. The Company will provide the Executive with an executive assistant and, during the Term, the Company will be responsible for all costs for the employment of the executive assistant.

Such Executive Assistant shall be available to undertake other assignments for staff members as the Assistant’s time and expertise permits.

Executive Assistant. The Company agrees that the role of President and Chief Operating Officer may require a dedicated executive assistant and upon request, will provide such person, whether full-time or part-time.
