NYSUT Benefit Trust. The Administrator will direct the fiscal officer of the District to deduct from the salaries of those unit members participating in the Trust an amount authorized by said unit members on NYSUT Benefit Trust forms. These deductions will commence on the second pay period of the school year and will continue for twenty (20) consecutive pay periods in a school year. It is understood that the authorization may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the unit member. The monies deducted will be forwarded to the NYSUT Benefit Trust by the fiscal officer.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. 1. The BOCES agrees to provide for voluntary payroll deductions for the NYSUT Benefit Trust.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The district shall provide a payroll deduction for contributions by employees to the NYSUT Benefit Trust. Requests by employees for contributions to such Trust or changes in a previous request shall be submitted to the District prior to October 1 of each school year. The NTA shall indemnify the District for any claims made by an employee in connection with the administration of this payroll deduction option.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The district agrees to deduct from the pay of each unit member covered by this agreement, payments to the New York State United Teachers’ Benefit Trust Fund, providing that there is on file with the district a current written authorization executed by the unit member authorizing said deduction by the district. The Spencerport Office Personnel Association hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the district from any and all claims, disputes or damages sustained as a result of making the deduction provided for in this article.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. Employees will be allowed to participate in NYSUT Benefit Trust. Payment to be made by the employee through payroll deduction. Monies will be remitted to NYSUT by the college.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The District agrees to offer the NYSUT Benefit Trust Program through payroll deductions. There shall be no cost to the District. The Union agrees to a save harmless clause.

NYSUT Benefit Trust. The College will provide all necessary mechanisms to permit employees who elect coverage under the New York State United Teachers Benefit Trust to pay for such coverage through payroll deductions.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. 3A.6. VOTE/COPE payroll deduction. This voluntary payroll deduction will be made available to Association members during the term of this agreement.
