First Phase. The First Phase of Development as shown as Phase One on the Phasing Plan attached hereto as Exhibit D.
First Phase. During the first phase, the Secretary and an eligible entity shall complete the plan- ning, design, and construction of the main treatment and main conveyance systems.
First Phase. During the First Phase, with respect to a particular jurisdiction, Bioverativ shall forecast Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods that are packaged and labelled for sale by Biogen or by a Third Party designated by Biogen as agreed by the Parties. Biogen or such designated Third Party will distribute, sell and have sold such Finished Goods under Biogen’s or such Third Party’s necessary authorizations and licenses for the marketing of prescription biopharmaceutical products in any applicable territory. For the avoidance of doubt, during the First Phase, title to such Finished Goods shall not transfer from Biogen to Bioverativ.
First Phase. The “First Phase” of a Project consists of all surveys and preliminary investigation work performed by NCPA regarding a proposed Project supported out of NCPA’s general funds as required by the JPA or provided voluntarily by one or more NCPA Members, pursuant to Facilities Schedule 11, and prior to the time that the Commission declares it as a NCPA Project. For the purpose of terminating the First Phase, the Commission may declare a termination of investigations regarding the proposed Project, or may declare the Project to be a NCPA Project by entering into a Project Agreement with one or more NCPA Members desiring to participate as indicated in Section 6.3.2 or 6.3.3.
First Phase. LICENSOR has initiated a Phase II clinical trial to demonstrate proof of concept of VACCINE and shall complete such trial at LICENSOR's cost and expense. The parties shall agree on acceptable end points concerning immunogenicity, safety and efficacy for proof of concept which end points shall be attached hereto as Appendix C and the meeting of such end points shall establish proof of concept. In parallel with said Phase II trial, LICENSEE shall at its expense perform feasibility studies to produce VACCINE with a commercial cell line. The feasibility studies will have the purpose of (i) demonstrating that a commercially viable yield is obtainable from the chosen cell line(s), (as defined in Appendix D attached hereto) and (ii) subject to prior successful completion of (i), optimizing the manufacturing process, and, if necessary and feasible, producing GMP commercial products for use in a Phase III clinical study and in Phase II/III bridging studies.
First Phase. If a settlement is not reached pursuant to 6.01, the employee concerned must then submit his written grievance to the employer within ten (10) business days following the event that gave rise to it. The employer shall have ten (10) business days following the receipt of the grievance in which to hold, if necessary, a meeting with the grievance committee to try to reach a settlement. This effort includes Section 5 Cell 1A Pre-Design, Wetland Mitigation, and Stormwater Development tasks. Notice to proceed was issued May 26, 2015. The status of these tasks is summarized below.
