Benefit Trust Fund. The Board shall contribute an amount of one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour for every hour worked by all temporary employees to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx’ Insurance Benefit Trust Fund. The Board shall forward the contributions to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx’ Insurance Benefit Trust Fund by the fifteenth day of the following month, accompanied by a report of particulars on a report form approved by the Trustees of the Benefit Trust Fund.
Benefit Trust Fund. The School District will contribute the same per capita amount for the Employee as for bargaining unit members in the Valhalla SRP unit, with one-half of the payments made by July 15 and one-half made by January 1.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. Effective July 1, 2006, the District shall annually provide $73,150 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund. Effective July 1, 2007, the District shall annually provide $76,442 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund. Effective July 1, 2008, the District shall annually provide $79,822 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. The Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 1101 will establish a Benefit Trust Fund. This Fund will be administered by a board appointed by the CWA and will be used for the sole benefit of adjunct faculty members, in a manner to be established by the CWA. This fund will comply with all local, State, and Federal laws.
Benefit Trust Fund a. The Authority and the Union agree to enter into certain agreements wherein and whereby the Authority shall be required to make payments to the Union which the Union in turn shall remit to the District Council 37 Benefit Fund Trust (Welfare Fund) and to the Local 371 Administrative Fund (Welfare Fund), to provide the welfare fund benefits set forth in those agreements. The effective dates and amounts provided for in the Welfare Fund Agreements shall conform to the effective dates and amounts provided for in the City-wide contract with the Union. With respect to those agreements the Authority shall furnish once a year to the Union between March 15th and July 1st the following information:
Benefit Trust Fund. As recognized by prior agreements between the parties, the Association continues to administer the Cheektowaga Central Teachers Association Benefit Trust Fund (hereinafter, “Benefit Trust Fund”) that has been in effect since July 1, 1994, for the purpose of providing benefits for the members of the Association, and such other District employees who may become Fund beneficiaries as agreed upon by the Association.
Benefit Trust Fund. The District shall contribute to the Benefit Trust fund established by the Federation the following payments for each full-time unit member prorated for each part-time unit member:
Benefit Trust Fund. 19 Effective July 1985, a Benefit Trust Fund will be established by the Association for the purpose of providing 20 various benefits for the members of the bargaining unit. Benefit Trust Fund. During the course of the next year, the parties will share information in an effort to determine the feasibility of supplying benefits for our members and the Employer and to review the Multi Sector Pension Plan.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. The parties agree to continue to participate in Great Neck Teachers Association Benefit Trust Fund.
