Notice of Intention to Return. In all instances where a faculty member is granted a leave of eight (8) months or more, as a condition thereof, the Board shall notify such faculty member by certified mail one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days prior to the beginning of the next semester after the faculty member's leave expires that the faculty member must return to work. Failure of the faculty member to advise the Xxxxxxx or designee at least ninety (90) calendar days (or May, whichever occurs first) prior to the beginning of the next semester (after expiration of leave) as required herein shall be treated as an election not to return to employment and as a resignation from the College.

If notice is not given as required herein, it shall be treated as an election not to return to employ- ment and as a resignation from the College.
Notice of Intention to Return. Teachers on Extended Leaves must notify the Superintendent by the Friday prior to the February break, or February 15, whichever occurs earlier, if they intend to return at the beginning of the next school year.

Notice of Intention to Return a. An Employee absent on parental leave is required to give at least 21 days’ notice to the Employer of their intention to return to duty. When returning to work the Employee must report to duty not later than the expiry date of such leave.
