Right to Employment. Employers undertake to allow commercial workers who are members of VR or the appropriate constituent union of LÍV to enjoy priority access to employment in all general commercial work according to this agreement when demanded and when members apply for positions and are competent to do the work involved.
Right to Employment. Neither the Plan nor any Option will confer upon any Participant any right with respect to continuing the Participant’s employment relationship with the Company or any Subsidiary.
Right to Employment. This Agreement does not constitute any entitlement to employment by, nor confer on Executive any right to continue in the employ of, the Bank or an affiliate of the Bank nor interfere in any way with the right of the Bank to determine the terms of, or terminate, Executive's employment.

Nothing contained in the Plan or the establishment of the Trust hereunder or any modification thereof, or the creation of any fund or account for the payment of any benefit shall be construed to give any Employee, Participant or beneficiary any right to employment or continued employment with the Authority or any legal or equitable rights against the Authority, any member of the Board of Directors, officer, agent or employee of the Authority, against the Union, or any officer or agent of the Union, or against the Trustees or their agents or employees, except as herein provided.
Right to Employment. Nothing contained herein shall confer upon the Optionee any right to be continued in the employment of the Corporation or of any of its Affiliates or interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates to terminate his employment at any time.
Right to Employment. Nothing herein contained shall affect the right of the Company, subject to the terms of any existing contractual arrangement to the contrary, to terminate Participant's employment with the Company at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Right to Employment. This letter agreement and the granting of the option described herein do not constitute a contract of employment and do not guarantee the right to continued employment with the Company.
