A SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL. Employees working the swing shift shall be paid a differential of five percent (5.0%). Employees working the graveyard shift shall be paid a differential of seven percent (7%).
A SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL in the amount of Sixty (60) cents per hour for the entire shift shall be paid to Employees who have any regular hours of work that fall between 19:59 – 00:00 and Eighty (1.60) cents per hour for the entire shift shall be paid to Employees who have any regular hours of work that fall between 00:01 - 04:59. This differential shall apply to the entire regular shift and the shift differential shall not form part of the basic wage rate and shall not be subject to overtime rates.
