Employees commencing maternity or parental/adoption leave on or after February 1, 2007 will receive the Supplementary Employment Benefits if they meet eligibility requirements. Maternity/Parental/Adoption Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) shall only apply to Regular Full-time and Regular Part-time employees.
