Evening Premium. An evening premium of one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours on any day to 0600 hours on the next day.
Evening Premium. An employee for whom half or more of the regular hours of work fall after 15:00 is entitled to a premium of seventy cents ($0.70) for each hour of actual work after 15:00. An employee is not entitled to such a premium when she/he is being paid at the rate provided for overtime. This premium is not added to the basic rate in computing the remuneration for overtime performed. However, this clause does not apply to those employees who have chosen their schedule according to clause 22.02.

Evening Premium. For the purpose of paying the evening shift premium referred to in article 14 of the central collective agreement, for ambulatory clinical programs/clinics, evening shift premium will be paid after 1700 hours. Note: This does not apply to the Operating Room, Recovery Room or any other unit that provides twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week coverage.
