Where Permanent. Site Clinic shifts become available as a result of the absence of an employee with a Permanent Clinic Site scheduling assignment, an employee may request to be scheduled to such Permanent Site Clinic shifts. Such requests must be submitted in writing, at least eight (8) weeks in advance, and shall be subject to managerial approval.
