Master Agreement Training. A. The Employer and the Union agree that training for managers, supervisors and union stewards responsible for the day-to-day administration of this Agreement is important. The Union will provide training to current union stewards, and the Employer will provide training to managers and supervisors on this Agreement.

Master Agreement Training. A. The Union will provide training to employees covered under this Agreement. Employees will be released with pay on one (1) occasion forup to two (2) hours to attend the training related to this Agreement. The Union will notify the Human Resources Office, in writing, at lease fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the date and time for training related to this Agreement.

The Union will present the training to union shop stewards within each bargaining unit. The training will last no longer than four (4) hours. The training will be considered time worked for those union shop stewards who attend the training during their scheduled work shift. Union shop stewards who attend the training during their non-work hours will not be compensated. The parties will agree on the date, time, number and names of the shop stewards attending each session. Travel time and expenses will not be paid by the Employer.

In addition, Union stewards will be allowed up to thirty (30) minutes for travel time to and from the training, if needed. The training and travel time will be considered time worked for those union stewards who attend the training during their scheduled work shift. Union stewards who attend the training during their non-work hours will not be compensated for training and/or travel time. The parties will agree on the date, time, number and names of stewards attending each session. Additional release time and/or travel time may be provided in accordance with Article 37.8. The Employer will arrange training on this Agreement for all bargaining unit employees. The Employer and the Union recognize the value of, and encourage joint training when possible.

The training time will be considered time worked for the Union xxxxxxx who attends on a scheduled work day. Union xxxxxxx who attend on a non-work day will not be compensated by the College. The College and the Union will agree on the date, time, and name of xxxxxxx attending the session.

  • Master Agreement Where one of the Parties to the Agreement is domiciled in the United States, the Parties intend that the Agreement shall be a master agreement, as referred to in 11 U.S.C. Section 101(53B)(C) and 12 U.S.C. Section 1821(e)(8)(D)(vii).

  • User Agreement The User Agreement forms part of this Agreement. As much as possible, this Agreement and the User Agreement should be interpreted as a consistent whole. Where a conflict of interpretation arises, this Agreement overrides the User Agreement to the extent of the conflict, except in relation to your use of the Product or Online Card Payment Service as part of our new checkout solution as set out in the User Agreement. Capitalised words which are not defined in this Agreement are defined in that User Agreement. The definition of “Services” and “Agreement” in the User Agreement, when read together with these terms, include the Product and this Agreement.
