Lease Price Sample Clauses
The Lease Price clause defines the total amount the lessee must pay to the lessor for the use of the leased property over the lease term. It typically specifies the payment schedule, such as monthly or annual installments, and may outline any additional costs or adjustments, like taxes or maintenance fees, that are included or excluded from the base price. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations involved, reducing the risk of disputes over payment expectations during the lease period.
