Residential Units definition

Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Residential Units means the living units within the Demised Premises described in Section 3.7 below;
Residential Units means whole ownership residential units, including single family homes, condominium units, or other housing units which are owned on a whole (not fractional) ownership basis.

  • An RMA may contain a provision that allows Developer to request that the Total Tax Obligation be recalculated and Project Special Tax rates be reduced before any First Tranche CFD Bonds are issued so that the Total Tax Obligation does not exceed two percent (2%) of the actual or projected sales prices of Taxable Residential Units at the time of recalculation.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 39, where the Developer carries out any element of the Works which comprise or include Residential Units, the provisions of this part of this Schedule shall apply (in addition to the obligations contained in Schedule 2).

Residential Units means flat(s) (including all the internal walls but in the case of a party wall (if any), only the non-structural or non-load bearing part(s) thereof and up to the mid point of it), the finishes of the ceilings, the finishes of the floor slabs and the finishes of the structural columns, all the window frames and glass and the drying rack(s) (if any) within or appertaining to the flat(s) within the Residential Blocks;
Residential Units means, collectively, (a) each skilled nursing bed, Alzheimer’s unit and/or assisted living unit authorized under the Primary Licenses and (b) each independent living unit comprising the Projects.
