Common Infrastructure means (i) any tie or transmission line, interconnection facility or Network Upgrade that is shared by the Facility and another generating facility
Common Infrastructure means those existing spaces and infrastructure facilities in the Premises which are to be maintained by the Concessionaire and are described in more detail in Schedule III
