Day not a Business Day. If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

This section 16.10 is not applicable to any distributions which are to be made hereunder on December 31.

In any case where any Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Stated Maturity or other date for payment of any amount of interest, principal, premium or other amount, if any, with respect to the Notes shall not be a Business Day at the Place of Payment, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture or of the Notes) payment of interest or principal (and premium or other amounts, if any) need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Stated Maturity or other payment date, as applicable, and no interest shall accrue with respect to such payment for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Stated Maturity or other payment date, as applicable, to the next succeeding Business Day, and the Holder of such Note shall not be entitled to any additional interest or other payment in respect of the delay. If any day on which an amount is to be determined or an action is to be taken hereunder at a particular location is not a Business Day at such location, then such amount shall be determined or such action shall be taken at or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day at such location.

In any case where the date for payment (a “payment date”) of any interest, principal or other amount, if any, with respect to this Debenture shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of this Debenture) payment of the interest, principal or other amounts if any, payable on such date need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such payment date, and no interest shall accrue with respect to such payment for the period from and after such payment date to the next succeeding Business Day, and the Holder shall not be entitled to any additional interest or other payment in respect of the delay. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Debenture, if any day on which an amount is to be determined or an action is to be taken hereunder is not a Business Day, then such amount shall be determined or such action shall be taken at or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
