Last Date of Employment. Employee’s last day of employment shall be June 30, 2002. Employee shall not be required to perform any services for the Company after May 17, 2002.

Last Date of Employment. The Company and the Executive agree that the Executive’s last day of employment with the Company shall be October 1, 2008 (the “Separation Date”). The Company and the Executive agree that the termination of his employment with the Company is at the election of the Executive pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive on April 13, 2006 (the “Employment Agreement”). The Company hereby agrees to waive the six months’ notice required to be given by the Executive pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement.
Last Date of Employment. Employee acknowledges that as of the Resignation Date, all privileges, rights and authority he held in connection with his positions with the Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, including Ranor Inc. (“Ranor”) ceased and that he will not from and after the Resignation Date hold himself out as holding such positions or having any authority to act on behalf of any such entities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may include on his resume or curriculum vitae the positions he held with the Company and/or Ranor, the dates such positions were held, and a description of his duties in each such position.
Last Date of Employment. Your last day of employment with the Company will be January 2, 2019 or such earlier date as your employment ends under Section 4 of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"). As of the Effective Date, you will and hereby resign from the office of Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Company (and from any and all other offices you hold with Company affiliates). From the date of this Agreement through the Effective Date (such period being referred to as the "Retention Period"), you will continue to be employed by the Company in accordance with Section 2, below.
Last Date of Employment. Sunrise and Schwach agree that his last date of employment will be November 30, 1997 and he will continue to receive his normal salary and benefits through such date. During the remainder of his employment, Schwach will assist Sunrise in implementing its strategic plan. Schwach will be deemed to have voluntarily resigned his employment effective November 30, 1997, and shall receive no further salary or other payments of any sort except as specifically set forth in this Separation Agreement and Release. Sunrise will, upon the signing of this Separation Agreement and Release, and the expiration of the 15 and 21-day periods as set forth in Paragraphs 10 and 12 without rescission, pay Schwach a severance in an amount equivalent to his current base salary, of $10,500 a month, less any required deductions, according to the normal payroll schedule, for the period December 1, 1997 through August 31, 1998. Sunrise will reimburse Schwach for business expenses incurred through November 30, 1997. Sunrise will continue to indemnify Schwach in his capacity as an officer and employee in accordance with applicable law.
Last Date of Employment. It is understood and agreed that Employee's last day working onsite in the Company's office will be on or about October 15, 2004, with the exact date to be agreed between the Employee and the Company and that Employee's last date of employment with the Company shall be December 31, 2004. It is understood and agreed that Employee will not perform any duties for the Company or act as an agent or representative of the Company as of December 31, 2004.
Last Date of Employment. The Executive hereby resigns from his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries as an officer and an employee, and the Company hereby accepts such resignation, effective as of May 15, 1998 (the "Effective Date"). The Employment Agreement, dated May 30, 1996 (the "Employment Agreement"), between the Company and the Executive shall terminate as of the Effective Date and shall be superseded for all purposes by this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Employment Agreement, the Executive shall not be entitled to any payments or benefits in connection with the termination of his employment, other than the benefits specifically identified herein. In addition, the Executive hereby agrees that he will resign from the Company's Board of Directors effective as of the Effective Date.
