Fifth year. Up to an additional twenty percent (20%) of the total Option Shares may be exercised at any time after five (5) years following _______________. If an installment covers a fractional share, such installment shall be rounded off to the next highest share, except for the final installment, which will be for the balance of the total Option Shares.
