Day. Unless otherwise stated, reference to the terms "day," "days," "month," or "months" mean calendar day, calendar days, calendar month, and calendar months, respectively.
Day. As used in this Buyer Listing Contract, the term “day” means the entire day ending at 11:59 p.m., 52 United States Mountain Time (Standard or Daylight Savings as applicable).
