Installation of Services. Nonrecurring charges apply to each service installed by one Party for use by the other Party.
Installation of Services. Services will be installed up to the “minimum point of entry” (MPOE) for Customer’s premises. Additional charges will apply for extension of Services beyond the MPOE. Certain Services require an installation and/or set-up charge, as described in the tariff for that Service. Additionally, certain Services, as described in the relevant tariff, require the installation of equipment, wiring and facilities at Customer’s premises beyond the MPOE. Customer shall be responsible for arranging access to any rights-of- way, conduit and equipment space for each Customer location both before and, where applicable, beyond the MPOE to permit installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, replacement and/or removal of facilities and equipment. Customer shall provide a safe place to work which complies with laws and regulations regarding the working conditions in the sites and for the activities described herein. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CBAD and any other Service Provider against all claims or liability due to or arising out of failure of Customer to obtain any permit or other consent as may be required or for failure to provide a safe place to work. In the event that Customer is porting numbers from an existing location, Customer acknowledges that not all numbers may be available to port to a new location. Additional porting charges will apply, if Customer ports numbers after business hours.

DIAMOND and SUZZANNE DIXXXXX, xxxxxxx xx commox (xxxxxxxxxxxx referred to as "Owner"), and HUNTINGTON TELECOMMUNICATIONS PARTNERS, L.P. ("Huntington"), with reference to the following facts:
Installation of Services. You hereby authorize VU TV+ or its agent to install services and provide services as requested. Installation of Services covenants to timely complete Installation of Services at the Sites as on the Installation Schedule or in accepted Purchase Orders, no later than the applicable Installation Date as specified on the Installation Schedule, or in any accepted Purchase Orders, or as agreed between the Parties, as the case may be. Upon failure to timely complete any Installation by the specified Installation Date or by the date otherwise agreed between the Parties, all nonrecurring charges for any Installation not timely completed by the Installation Date be waived by and in addition, Customer will have the right, but not the obligation, to exercise its right of Partial Discontinuance under Section 12.3 hereof with respect to the uninstalled Service at that Site.
