Other Service Provider definition

Other Service Provider means any party or parties having a direct contract with the Employer for the work outside the scope of this contract and shall include any sub Service Provider of this “other Service Provider.”
Other Service Provider means any provider of services to the Company or an Affiliate other than an Employee, Manager, Officer or Consultant. Other Service Providers will include, without limitation, a Member who is providing services to the Company either in such Member’s capacity as a Member or in some other capacity; a “manager” of an Affiliate as such term may be defined in the applicable governing documents of such Entity; or a partner of an Affiliate organized as a partnership if such partner is providing services to the Affiliate either in such partner’s capacity as a partner, or in some other capacity.

Examples of Other Service Provider in a sentence

  • An Employee, Board Member or Other Service Provider shall cease to be a Participant after his Termination Date or other loss of eligibility as soon as his entire Account balance has been distributed.

  • An Employee, Board Member or Other Service Provider who first becomes an Eligible Individual during a Plan Year (by virtue of a promotion, Compensation increase, commencement of employment with the Employer, commencement of Board service, execution of an agreement to provide services to an Employer, or any other reason) shall be provided enrollment documents (including Deferral Election forms) as soon as administratively feasible following such initial notification of eligibility.

More Definitions of Other Service Provider
