Existing Location definition

Existing Location means Borrower’s current leased location at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
Existing Location means the lawn and park of11 Sidhi Lawn already in possession of the Authority and the details of other assets are provided in detail in Annexure 1to this Agreement.
Existing Location shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of Existing Location in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the lease underlying a sublease, it is understood that the respective sublease will also terminate and that accordingly this Agreement will terminate with respect to that respective Existing Location.

  • Borrower shall cause the lease in respect of its Existing Location to be terminated and all assets therein to be moved into a location for which a landlord waiver, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent, is in place, by no later than august 31, 2014.

  • In other third party retail locations that are already operating AWP machines (“Existing Locations”), Spectre may allow these Existing Locations a period of 90 days after installation of the ERUs (or a longer period of time for particular Existing Location if agreed upon by Bally and Spectre) in order for the Existing Location to transition to using the Bally Redemption System on Spectre ERU’s.


More Definitions of Existing Location

Existing Location means any sites where the Legacy Assets are located as at the Commencement Date, including the Service Delivery Sites;

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.
