New Location. , means the geographic location to which an employee has been transferred.

New Location of an approved program means a facility where students collectively may receive instruction in the program face-to-face or through telecommunications in a community not previously so served, including a non- Oregon location within 50 miles of where a comparable program is located in Oregon.
