Payment for Statutory Holidays. (a) Employees who are eligible for statutory holiday pay will receive a normal days pay for the statutory holiday, whether or not they are scheduled to work on the statutory holiday.
Payment for Statutory Holidays. A regular full-time employee will receive regular pay for each day off for the aforementioned statutory holidays.
Payment for Statutory Holidays a. Subject to Article 7.04 (Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines), salaried employees shall not have their pay reduced by virtue of holidays specified in 18.01 and 18.06.

Payment for Statutory Holidays. (a) Employees who work on a Statutory Holiday will receive double time (2x) for work performed plus straight time pay for all hours worked on a Statutory Holiday to a maximum of eight (8) hours straight time.
Payment for Statutory Holidays. An employee who works on a statutory holiday will be paid one and one half times regular rate of pay up to eight (8) hours and double regular pay thereafter. The above rate of pay shall be in addition to normal pay for a statutory holiday. The employee then has the right to take a day off at a mutually agreeable time without pay. This day is to be scheduled before the statutory holiday takes place. Line Haul drivers, when on overnight trips away from their home terminal, who work or drive on a statutory holiday or assigned rest days, will be paid at their regular rate of pay for hours or miles in addition to their statutory holiday pay where applicable. The employee may choose to be paid out two and one half (2%) times when working stat holidays.
