Set-Up Processor: Is an employee who during the course of the work day is capable of removing and installing die sets in all presses and/or removing and in- stalling work units to production assembly equipment, which will produce a production quality part. This employee will perform the duties of a general processor when work of a set-up nature is unavailable. Tool & Die Repair: Is an employee who is qualified to erect, dis- mantle, repair, rebuild and maintain all types of tools and dies designated to their classification. Qualification to be that of Tool & Die Maker approved by the Province of Ontario. Student: Is an employee who is attending school on a full-time basis and who is NOT eligible to at- tain seniority, regardless of the length of serv- ice with the Company. This individual will be eligible to work any overtime which would be available to other employees on their shift. Employees in this classification may only be employed from April 1st until October 1st, in any calendar year. General Helper: Is an employee who is attending school on a full-time basis and who is NOT eligible to at- tain seniority, regardless of the length of serv- ice with the Company. This individual will be eligible to work for a period not to exceed twenty-four hours (24) in any given pay week. This employee will not perform the work of the bargaining unit but will be permitted to paint machinery/equipment, general housekeeping, attend to landscaping and other duties not per- formed by the bargaining unit.

Is an employee whose primary function during the course of the work day is capable of removing and installing die sets in all presses, assisting tool repair as assigned by the Company, and/or removing and installing work units to production assembly equipment, which will produce a production quality part. This employee will perform the duties of a general processor when work of a set-up nature is unavailable. The set-up processor will be the first individual required for overtime in the Press Department.

Tool & Die Repair “B”: Is an employee who is qualified to erect, dismantle, repair, rebuild and maintain all types of tools and dies designed to their classification. Qualifications to be proof of years experience in tool and Die repair /build upon hire satisfactory to the company. Student: Is an employee who is attending school on a full-time basis and who is NOT eligible to at- tain seniority, regardless of the length of serv- ice with the Company. This individual will be eligible to work any overtime which would be available to other employees on their shift.   • General Procedures If at any time on or after the date the Company consummates a Business Combination the Company is required to effect the Registration of Registrable Securities, the Company shall use its best efforts to effect such Registration to permit the sale of such Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended plan of distribution thereof, and pursuant thereto the Company shall, as expeditiously as possible:

  • General Procedure (a) At each Closing, and effective as of each Closing Date, each party shall deliver to the party entitled to receipt thereof the documents required to be delivered pursuant to Article VII and such other documents, instruments and materials (or complete and accurate copies thereof, where appropriate) as may be reasonably required in order to effectuate the intent and provisions of this Agreement, including the applicable Appendix D, and all such documents, instruments and materials shall be satisfactory in form and substance to counsel for the receiving party.

  • Sub-processor For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Sub-processor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor”) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or other service to operate and/or improve its software, and who has access to PII.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.

  • Referral Procedures (a) For signatory Unions now having a job referral system contained in a Schedule A, the Contractor agrees to comply with such system and it shall be used exclusively by such Contractor, except as modified by this Agreement. Such job referral system will be operated in a nondiscriminatory manner and in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations which require equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination. All of the foregoing hiring procedures, including related practices affecting apprenticeship, shall be operated so as to consider the goals of the College to encourage employment of College residents and utilization of small local businesses on the Project, and to facilitate the ability of all Contractors to meet their employment needs. The Unions will exert their best efforts to recruit and refer sufficient numbers of skilled craft workers to fulfill the labor requirements of the Contractor, including specific employment obligations to which the Contractor may be legally and/or contractually obligated; and to refer apprentices as requested to develop a larger, skilled workforce. The Unions will work with their affiliated regional and national unions, and jointly with the Community Workforce Coordinator and others designated by the College, to identify and refer competent craft persons as needed for Project Work, and to identify and hire individuals, particularly residents of the College, for entrance into joint labor/management apprenticeship programs, or to participation in other identified programs and procedures to assist individuals in qualifying and becoming eligible for such apprenticeship programs, all maintained to increase the available supply of skilled craft personnel for Project Work and future construction of maintenance work to be undertaken by the College.

  • Operational Procedures In order to minimize operational problems, it will be necessary for trade information to be supplied in a secure manner by the Subadviser to the Fund’s Service Providers, including: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (the “Custodian”), Virtus Fund Services (the “Fund Administrator”) BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc., (the “Sub-Accounting Agent”), any Prime Broker to the Series, and all other Counterparties/Brokers as required. The Subadviser must furnish the Fund’s service providers with required daily information as to executed trades in a format and time-frame agreed to by the Subadviser, Custodian, Fund Administrator, Sub-Accounting Agent and Prime Broker/Counterparties and designated persons of the Fund. Trade information sent to the Custodian, Fund Administrator, Sub-Accounting Agent and Prime Broker/Counterparties must include all necessary data within the required timeframes to allow such parties to perform their obligations to the Series. The Sub-Accounting Agent specifically requires a daily trade blotter with a summary of all trades, in addition to trade feeds, including, if no trades are executed, a report to that effect. Daily information as to executed trades for same-day settlement and future trades must be sent to the Sub-Accounting Agent no later than 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day of the trade each day the Fund is open for business. All other executed trades must be delivered to the Sub-Accounting Agent on Trade Date plus 1 by Noon (Eastern Time) to ensure that they are part of the Series’ NAV calculation. (The Subadviser will be responsible for reimbursement to the Fund for any loss caused by the Subadviser’s failure to comply with the requirements of this Schedule A.) On fiscal quarter ends and calendar quarter ends, all trades must be delivered to the Sub-Accounting Agent by 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) for inclusion in the financial statements of the Series. The data to be sent to the Sub-Accounting Agent and/or Fund Administrator will be as agreed by the Subadviser, Fund Administrator, Sub-Accounting Agent and designated persons of the Fund and shall include (without limitation) the following:
