Subprocessor. For the purposes of this DPA, the term “Subprocessor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor”) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or other service to operate and/or improve its service, and who has access to Student Data.

Subscribing LEA. A “Subscribing LEA” is an LEA that was not party to the original Service Agreement and who accepts the Provider’s General Offer of Privacy Terms.
Subprocessor. Customer acknowledges that material aspects of the Cloud Service are provided by a third party, Celonis SE, a German corporation, alone or along with its affiliates and this service provider shall be considered a Third Party Subprocessor under the Data Processing Agreement.

Subprocessors do not include interoperability partners configured or requested by the LEA (such as enterprise directory solutions, application portals, student information systems, learning management systems, storage providers, and IMS Global standards-compliant providers of educational tools and content) that may receive Student Data to support integration with the Services and facilitate single sign-on across multiple systems.
