Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.

Examples of Sub-processor in a sentence
All agreements between LIP and Sub- Processors shall be through written agreement that imposes all data protection terms compatible with those contained in this DPA on any Sub-Processor it engages.
Service Provider will not disclose, transfer, or otherwise make available Expeditors Information to any third-party except an Authorized Sub-Processor.
