Processor a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Processor. The Processor received data identified in sections 3, 4 and 5 below, as it relates to the processing operations identified in section 6 below. The Processor is the Company.
Processor as a minimum requirement, shall give due consideration to the following types of security measures: ▪ Information Security Management Systems; ▪ Physical Security; ▪ Access Control; ▪ Security and Privacy Enhancing Technologies; ▪ Awareness, training and security checks in relation to personnel; and ▪ Incident/Response Management/Business Continuity.

All notices to be provided to Processor under this Agreement shall be provided in writing and sent to Processor by certified mail or a nationally recognized overnight carrier with signature required to the address set forth for Processor on the Merchant Application, Attention: Legal. Such notices shall be effective upon Processor’s receipt.

The Processor is: Dovetail Research Pty Ltd, a private limited company registered in Australia with Australian Business Number (ABN) 84 615 270 025, with its registered office at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Surry Hills, 2010, NSW, Australia.
Processor. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including Section 18.8, Processor shall release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Producer and its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives, and invitees from and against all claims and losses arising out of or relating to (i) the operations of Processor and (ii) any breach of this agreement by Processor.
Processor. The Supplier and its Subcontractors are Processors for the Processing of Personal Data under the Main Agreement and shall only process Personal Data on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with the Customer’s Instructions. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that Subcontractors that it engages only Process Personal Data in accordance with the Data Processor Agreement and the Data Protection Laws.
