The Franchise Fee shall be Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) for the first two (2) restaurants constructed hereunder and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for each additional restaurant set forth in Exhibit A, and thereafter shall be an amount equal to the then-current initial franchise fee.
