Negotiating Teams. The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each party's negotiating team shall consist of not more than five members.
Negotiating Teams. 1.1.1 The Board and the Association shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of negotiators, not to exceed five (5) each. Neither party in any negotiation shall have any control over the selection of the negotiation or bargaining representatives of the other party.

Negotiating Teams. The collective bargaining procedure shall be conducted between representatives of the University and the Association. These representatives shall be called the negotiating teams. Each party represented in the procedure shall determine who will be its team representatives, but shall not select members of the other party involved in the procedure.

Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiation or bargaining representatives of the other party. While no final agreement shall be executed without ratification by the Union and the Board, the parties mutually pledge that their representatives will be clothed with necessary power and authority to make proposals, to consider proposals, and to make concessions in the course of negotiations. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said teams. In addition to said teams, each party shall be authorized to admit no more than two observers to each meeting. Such observers shall be without the right to speak or to otherwise comment to either party.
Negotiating Teams. In any negotiations herein described, neither party shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating or bargaining representatives of the other party and each party may select its representatives within or outside the school district. It is recognized that no final agreement between the parties may be executed without ratification by a majority of the Board and by a majority of the membership of the TEA, but the parties mutually pledge that representatives selected by each shall be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, consider proposals and make concessions in the course of negotiations or bargaining, subject only to such ultimate ratification.
Negotiating Teams. 9.01 The respective negotiating teams of the parties to this Agreement may number up to four (4) persons, excluding persons acting on behalf of or assisting the teams.
