After such payment by FRANCHISEE, such portion of the Initial Franchise Fee shall not be refundable.
If an Authorized Location is not designated by you and approved by us within 90 days from the date of this Agreement, we have the right to declare this Agreement null and void without the return of any Initial Franchise Fee or other amounts paid to us.
