Initial Franchise Fee definition

Initial Franchise Fee means a non-recurring, non-refundable payment paid by Franchisee to Franchisor in consideration of the grant of the TapSnap franchise and provision of the Initial Training Program.
Initial Franchise Fee means the $40,000 initial fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor for the right to operate a JINYA Ramen Bar under this Agreement.
Initial Franchise Fee is defined in subparagraph 5.0 l (a) hereof.

  • After such payment by FRANCHISEE, such portion of the Initial Franchise Fee shall not be refundable.

  • If an Authorized Location is not designated by you and approved by us within 90 days from the date of this Agreement, we have the right to declare this Agreement null and void without the return of any Initial Franchise Fee or other amounts paid to us.

More Definitions of Initial Franchise Fee

Initial Franchise Fee means the initial fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor for the right to operate the Taco Restaurant under this Agreement in the sum of $40,000.
