Initial Franchise Fee definition

Initial Franchise Fee means a non-recurring, non-refundable payment paid by Franchisee to Franchisor in consideration of the grant of the TapSnap franchise and provision of the Initial Training Program.
Initial Franchise Fee means the $40,000 initial fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor for the right to operate a JINYA Ramen Bar under this Agreement.
Initial Franchise Fee means the initial fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor for the right to operate the Taco Restaurant under this Agreement in the sum of $40,000.

  • The cost of the Initial Training Program is included in the Initial Franchise Fee.

More Definitions of Initial Franchise Fee

Initial Franchise Fee means certain non-refundable fees paid by a Franchisee to Master Licensee as follows: (a) the initial franchise fee, in consideration for the grant of a franchise to operate a Unit; (b) a transfer or relicense fee, in consideration for the authorization to transfer or relicense the Unit, the franchise or assign the Franchise Agreement to a new owner; (c) the renewal fee, if any, in consideration for the extension, modification or renewal of the Franchise Agreement; and (d) the license fee paid by the licensee of the Unit Reservation Software.
Initial Franchise Fee. The initial franchise fee referred to in Section 4A of the above- captioned agreement shall be _________________________________ Dollars ($_______________ ).
